Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the St. A.R.B's School website, the enquiry forms on it, and the communications you receive from us. Please read them before using this website.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, submitting an enquiry through it, or communicating with St. A.R.B's School ("the School", "we", "us", "our") through the contact details published here, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.
2. About this website
This website is an informational website operated by St. A.R.B's School. Its purpose is to introduce the School to parents and prospective families, describe our academic programme and facilities, and provide a way to contact us.
This website is not a student portal, a fee payment gateway or an examination system. No fee, payment or financial transaction is processed through this website.
3. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the information on this website correct and current. However, details such as academic structure, class offerings, facilities, timings, fee structure and calendar dates are subject to change, and the School reserves the right to amend them.
Information on this website is provided for general guidance only. It does not form part of any contract. Before making a decision, please confirm the current position directly with the school office on 01482-294391 or by email at starbs.school@gmail.com. In the event of any difference between this website and information issued directly by the school office, the information issued by the school office will prevail.
4. Using the enquiry form
When you submit an enquiry through this website, you agree that:
- The information you provide is true, accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
- The mobile number and email address you provide belong to you, or you are authorised to use them
- You are the parent, legal guardian or an adult acting on behalf of the family making the enquiry
- You will not use the form to send unlawful, abusive, misleading or promotional content
The School may decline to respond to an enquiry that is incomplete, appears to be false, or is not genuinely related to admission or school matters.
5. Consent to receive communications
The enquiry form includes a required consent checkbox:
"Opt in for weekly alerts via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email to stay updated on our platform."
By ticking this box and submitting the form, you expressly consent to St. A.R.B's School contacting you by SMS, WhatsApp and email at the number and address you have provided. These messages will relate to school notices, admission updates, circulars, events and academic announcements.
This consent is given voluntarily and may be withdrawn by you at any time. To withdraw it, reply STOP to any message, email us with the subject "Unsubscribe", or call the school office. Full details are set out in Section 4.3 of our Privacy Policy.
Withdrawal of this consent does not prevent the School from contacting a parent or guardian directly about an essential matter concerning their enrolled child, such as attendance, health, safety, discipline, examinations or fees.
6. Enquiry is not an offer of admission
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create any obligation on the School and does not amount to an application for admission, a reservation of a seat, or an offer or guarantee of admission.
Admission to St. A.R.B's School is granted only through the School's formal admission process, is subject to the availability of seats in the relevant class, to the applicable eligibility criteria, to the submission and verification of the required documents, and to the sole discretion of the School management.
7. Fees and payments
The School's fee structure, payment schedule, refund policy and late-payment terms are issued separately by the school office at the time of admission. They are not published on this website and no payment is collected here.
The School will never ask you to transfer money to a personal account, a UPI ID or a payment link received through an unofficial WhatsApp message, SMS or social media account. If you receive any such request claiming to be from St. A.R.B's School, do not pay it — call the school office on 01482-294391 to verify first.
8. Student conduct and discipline
Students of St. A.R.B's School are expected to maintain the standards of behaviour, dress, punctuality and academic honesty set out in the School's rules and parent handbook, and to treat teachers, staff and fellow students with respect.
The School reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action, in accordance with its own rules and applicable law, in cases of serious or repeated misconduct. The detailed code of conduct is issued to parents at the time of admission and forms part of the enrolment terms — not part of this website's terms.
9. Responsibilities of parents and guardians
Parents and guardians are requested to:
- Keep their contact number, email address and residential address updated with the school office
- Inform the School promptly of any medical condition, allergy or special requirement affecting their child
- Read the notices, circulars and communications issued by the School
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and respond to communications from class teachers
- Ensure their child's punctuality, attendance and adherence to school rules
The School relies on the contact details on record. It cannot be held responsible for a communication not received because the details on record were outdated or incorrect.
10. Photographs, video and school media
Photographs and video recordings of school events and activities may be used by the School on this website, in printed material and on the School's official social media pages, as described in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
If you do not wish your child to appear in such material, please inform the school office in writing. We will record and honour your instruction.
11. Intellectual property
The St. A.R.B's School name, logo, motto, photographs, text, design and layout on this website are the property of St. A.R.B's School or are used by us with permission. They are protected under applicable intellectual property law.

14. Limitation of liability
